TCO vs opaque quotes
Some AI-native FSM vendors demo-gate pricing and disclose percentage renewal fees only in Terms of Service. Ask any vendor for year-1 and year-2 all-in cost before you sign — then compare to the sticker above.
Do you charge an annual “innovation” or renewal bump?
No. ICON does not apply a percentage “innovation fee” on annual renewal of recurring platform fees. Your list price is the sticker you see here (plus optional add-ons and third-party processing).
Why do some FSM vendors hide prices behind a demo?
Opaque quotes make total cost of ownership hard to compare. We publish Starter / Growth / Pro monthly USD so you can model year-1 cost before a sales call — then book a demo if you want a walkthrough.
Is AI Receptionist included or extra?
Included on Pro. On Starter/Growth it is an optional add-on at the listed monthly price. Voice minutes and SMS still follow your Twilio account.
What about customer repair payments?
Customer payments for jobs, deposits, and memberships flow through Stripe Connect to your business. The SaaS subscription is separate — we do not take a cut of repair revenue.
